Initial documented release
The approved release notes describe end-to-end construct work on macOS: supported DNA-sequence import and editing, sequencing review with Sanger or FASTQ inputs, protein multiple-sequence alignment, and map or tree exports.
Documented limitations
- Native Geneious files require re-export as GenBank or FASTA.
- Protein-only input is outside the normal DNA import flow.
- SnapGene
.dnaexport is unavailable.
