A documented planning sequence
Input: a backbone plus one or more inserts or fragments available in the workspace.
- Switch to cloning view and stage the assembly.
- Arrange fragments in the intended order.
- Inspect overlap and junction quality.
- Create the assembled plasmid record.
Result: a new in-silico construct ready for review and map export.

Limitations: simulation supports planning and review; it does not replace experimental controls or confirm that a physical assembly succeeded. Cloning simulation is a Pro capability.
