Protein workflow
Keep coding changes connected to protein context.
For scientists reviewing how a DNA-level choice relates to translation, residue context, or a protein alignment. The documented MSA workflow is protein-focused.
From coding sequence to comparison
Input: a coding sequence in a supported construct, or sequences prepared for the dedicated protein alignment workflow.
- Inspect translation and amino-acid overlays near the selected region.
- Open the relevant protein context or alignment surface.
- Run the documented multiple-sequence alignment.
- Review the alignment or tree before export.
Result: protein context tied back to the construct, plus exportable alignment or tree outputs where documented.

Limitations: protein-only files are not supported in the standard DNA import flow. This page does not claim DNA MSA or predictive structure generation. Protein and structure tools are Pro capabilities.
