Input: Sanger .ab1/.abi traces or FASTQ files and the reference construct.
- Import one sequencing modality at a time.
- Review alignment processing and flagged positions.
- Open the evidence at the selected mismatch.
- Inspect chromatogram, consensus, and coding context where available.
Result: a construct-linked QC review, not an unsupported claim that every sample passed.
Limitations: Sanger and FASTQ files cannot be mixed in one import selection. Automated sequencing-QC interpretation and coding-impact analysis are Pro capabilities; inspect evidence and apply scientific judgment.
