Worked example
Resuspending 20 nmol at 100 µM requires 200 µL. A 1 mL, 10 µM working stock then uses 100 µL stock and 900 µL diluent.
DNA & RNA
Resuspend a dried DNA or RNA oligo, prepare a lower-concentration working stock, or connect both steps in one bench-ready record.

The volume equation uses molar amount and concentration; DNA versus RNA is recorded descriptively. The tool does not infer purity, modifications, or a preferred diluent.
All required values must be positive. Concentration-up requests are rejected. Small-volume and unusually large-volume messages are planning warnings—not universal pipetting or storage rules.
